We customize every part of your brand—no DIY work on your part!
Absolutely! While you will choose a moodboard and logo direction for us to use as a starting point, we'll use your feedback to customize everything and make it unique. We'll also ask you to create a Pinterest board, which gives us even more insight into your style and vision for your brand.
The actual design process happens in less than a week! After paying your deposit, you'll complete our Onboarding Guide — making a few stylistic choices and telling us all about your brand. Then you'll select your Design Span, which is the two-day period when we'll customize your brand, send you the preview, make any revisions, and pass off your final files.
One round of revisions is included in each customization package. We’ve found that between our Onboarding Guide and one round of feedback, we’re able to make sure everything feels just right. However, additional revisions can be added on at our hourly rate if needed.
The font files aren't included in this package, but we’ll provide a list with links for you to purchase. We aim to choose free or affordable fonts, typically around $30, and they can be written off as a business expense.
If you need extra elements created or customized, let’s chat! We may be able to add them on at our hourly rate.
Due to the digital, customized nature of this product & service, we can't offer returns. But we're here to make sure you're thrilled with your brand, so if you have concerns, be sure to let us know. We're all about making sure you leave this process with a brand you love!
Think of The Brand Boutique as the sweet spot between a DIY course and fully custom design. It's the perfect choice if you want to benefit from our branding expertise, but aren't ready for the investment of a completely custom brand.
