Good news: your template already has spots for all the important content your homepage needs. All you have to do is swap in your own words. You can refer to this copywriting guide to learn more about what each section is meant to do.
Pro tip: It may be easier to draft your copy in a separate document (not directly in the template), while referring to the site layout to gauge how much text you’ll need for each section.
You may also want to work one page at a time, switching between writing and adding it into your site as you go.
