What happens if something breaks?
What isn’t included?
These plans are designed for ongoing support, not full redesigns. They don’t include major rebuilds, third-party platform troubleshooting, marketing execution, or custom development beyond what’s outlined in your plan.
If something falls outside your plan’s scope, we’ll always quote it separately before moving forward.
How does billing work?
Monthly plans are billed automatically and require a 6-month minimum commitment (12 months for the Growth Partnership). If you choose to pay annually, you’ll receive one month free. After your minimum term, you can cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice.
Monthly update hours and annual refresh services must be used within their designated timeframe & don’t roll over.

Small updates are handled during business hours based on our current workload, with Growth Partnership members prioritized first.
If you want the quickest turnaround, our Website Updates process is your best friend. It helps us gather all the right details upfront so we can jump straight in. Email requests can require extra back-and-forth to clarify details, which can add time (and occasionally cost).
Bigger projects or refresh work may need to be scheduled in advance (even for Growth Partnership clients).
How quickly will updates be completed?
Yes! You can upgrade at any time. Downgrades can be requested after your minimum commitment period. We’re always happy to help you choose the plan that best fits your current season of business.
Can I switch plans later?
For a long time, we didn’t offer ongoing protection plans because Showit is a very secure platform & there wasn’t much to worry about.
But as platforms, browsers, and integrations continue to evolve, we’re seeing more issues pop up. And with the number of websites we’ve built, those issues multiply quickly.
That’s where 24/7 monitoring comes in. It allows us to catch problems early (often before they impact your traffic, leads, or revenue) instead of waiting for you (or one of your clients) to notice something’s wrong.
In the past, we’ve jumped in to fix things like expired domains or SSL hiccups as a courtesy. As those requests have increased, we’ve needed a more structured way to support everyone well. Moving forward, timely support for those types of issues will be reserved for clients on an active plan.
