Yes, there’s a six-month minimum for all maintenance plans. After that, you can cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice. Note that plans are auto-billed monthly or annually, depending on what you choose at sign-up. If you pay annually, you’ll get one month free 🎉
We love you either way! 🫶 But clients without a plan may wait longer for support and will be charged our full hourly rate for updates, troubleshooting, or fixes. Ongoing domain and SSL support is only available to active maintenance clients.
